Default global virtual directory not configured.
Root Cause: MOM issued error alert when "File Transfer Response - Default global virtual directory not configured" rule is enabled while there's no Default global virtual directory is configured.
Solution 1: If you do not use file transfer responses and are not importing and using the Microsoft Base Security Analyzer Management Pack, then you can disable the rule that generates this alert. below is procedure to have the rule disabled
1. In the MOM Administrator console, navigate to Management Pack => Rule Groups => Microsoft Operations Manager(enabled) => Server(enabled), open up Event Rule named"File Transfer Response - Default global virtual directory not configured"

2. Uncheck the "this rule is enabled"

3. click OK to confirm and exit.
Solution 2: Here is how you configure the Default global virtual directory.
Procedure to configure Default global virtual directory
1. In the MOM Administrator console, navigate to Administration/Global Settings and open the Web Addresses Properties.
2. On the Web Addresses tab, enter the URL to the default BITS virtual directory.
3. Click OK.
NOTE - Changing the default virtual directory will affect every file transfer response that uses this default URL. You can also use other virtual directories on a per-rule basis.
